IC Tag to announce name of item by voice

Matsushita Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. has put on the market a small IC tag set, "Monosiri Talk".
Tags announce by voice name and description of such items as books or canned juice, which are difficult to identfy with finger touch.
The name and description are recorded by a reading machine, shifted automatically into sginals and transmitted to an IC tag, which ia attached to the item. The tag announces the name and description by an approximated reader. This seems like helping the visually impaired.
